How to Apply for Our 100% Money Back Guarantee

Step 1: Reach out to us at hey@skinncells.com and tell us what you didn’t like about our product(s) - please describe your reason in detail. Also, make sure to reach out to us within 10 days of receiving the product(s).

Step 2: Our customer success team will go through your reasons for the unsatisfactory experience.

Step 3: Upon approval of your claim, you will have to send back the product(s) to us with appropriate packaging to avoid any loss in transit.

In case of rejection of your claim, our team will notify you by email within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).

Step 4: On receipt of the returned product(s), we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. Once the claim is validated, our team will inform you within 48 hours via email and process the claim. If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet etc.) within 7-10 working days after processing the 100% Money Back Guarantee claim.

The 100% Money Back claim will not be accepted if the product packaging (example: tube, jar, bottles etc.) has been damaged.
